Insomnia Cookies is presently seeking a full-time hourly HR Onboarding Specialist to join our growing People Team!

Responsibilities
Oversee the onboarding of all new hire Insomniacs, including but not limited to processing new Insomniacs in Ultipro.
Provide support to all Insomniacs when it comes to any HR related question.
Assist with verifications of employment through 3rd party.
Assist with answering any unemployment inquiries.
Assist with the Workers’ Compensation process by entering claims and working with third party adjusters.
Requirements
A true love for Insomnia Cookies.
Excellent organization skills; heightened attention to detail.
Ability to work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.
At least 6 months of experience supporting a human resources function - preferred.
Must have a heightened attention to detail, excellent data entry skills.
Eager to advance within the organization and take on additional responsibilities as the company and department expands.
Must be able to maintain discretion about confidential compensation.
Bachelors or Associates degree from an accredited university.
