Business and Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with non-profit entities, understanding their objectives, and offering tailored business solutions.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to design business strategies that align with the unique needs of non-profits.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring smooth collaboration and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Assist in executing integrated business initiatives and campaigns, driving successful outcomes for clients.
• Engage directly with customers to help them understand how they can make a difference and support non-profit causes.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching potential clients and reaching out to prospects.
• Present and sell non-profit partnership solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and impact of their support.
• Manage sales pipelines, track progress, and report on sales performance.
• Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
