We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Toppenish, WA. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with the responsibilities of this role for the next 4 to 5 years, as there will be no immediate opportunities for promotion to lead or manager positions.
Required Education and Experience:
- Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or other related/accredited certification) is required.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
