- Assist with office management duties, ensuring the workspace is organized and well-maintained.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
- Proofread documents for clarity, grammar, and formatting errors.
- Support team members with personal assistant duties as needed.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Excel
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Experience in office management or clerical work is advantageous.
