As we continue to expand and grow our business, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and help drive our company's continued success.
Position Overview :
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a critical role in overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health, managing risk, driving business growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, executive team, and the Board of Directors to develop financial strategies and operational plans to support the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Strategy & Leadership :
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to ensure long-term growth and profitability.
Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to ensure the company’s liquidity and financial stability.
Analyze company costs and identify areas for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on financial excellence.
Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in the insurance, bail bonds, or financial services industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial challenges.
