About the Role
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as an Associate Account Manager/Advisor. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in the insurance industry while supporting account management activities and developing expertise in Property, Casualty, and Benefits lines of insurance.
You’ll work closely with Senior Account Managers and Advisors, assisting with administrative tasks, managing the insurance renewal process, and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day needs of commercial accounts, including policy changes, invoicing, and coverage reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Assist Account Executives with client renewals, marketing submissions, and preparation of proposals and binders.
- Participate in renewal strategy meetings, compiling analytics, benchmarking data, and market summaries.
- Maintain accurate account records in CRM systems, generate performance reports, and track milestones.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by gathering documentation and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, building lasting relationships.
- Identify and resolve client concerns efficiently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to offer valuable insights.
What You’ll Need
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial insurance or customer service/account management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant experience in business, marketing, or related fields.

- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
