Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquires, making payments, and solving their issues promptly.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to explain insurance products, coverages, and claims processes to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company polices, products, and industry updates to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions, enhancing client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service role, with prior experience in the insurance industry considered a plus.
- License: Property and casualty and Life and Health preferred; willingness to get both in a timely manner considered.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Attention to detail: Accurately maintain and document customer interactions and transactions.
- Computer skills: Proficiency with basic computer skills.
- Availability: Must be able to work on-site in Knoxville, Tennessee, without remote options.
