About the Role:
We are looking for a self-starter who is punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring efficiency in administrative tasks, and assisting with our insurance services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors in our office.
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Assist in creating spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials related to insurance products and services.
- Keep an organized and efficient filing system for client records and documents.
- Conduct internet research to support business operations.
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed.
- Enter and update client and policy information in reports and databases.
- Assist in managing email and postal mail campaigns for marketing and client communication.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain orderly systems for administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, PDF editing software, and general computer technology.
- Prior experience in an insurance or customer service environment is a plus.
