Customer Care / Call Center Rep

Pay Rate : $16.75 / hr, paid weekly

Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday (occasional overtime)

Location : Onsite, Helena, MT 59602

Job Type : Temp to Perm

Summary :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone using a computerized system.
  • Use standard scripts to handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns.
  • Collect and assess customer information, resolve issues, and log calls.
  • Provide clear updates on claims or Medicaid member status.
  • Enroll or un-enroll clients and their dependents by phone or paperwork with providers.
  • Advocate for Medicaid clients and providers.
  • Educate clients about managed care benefits, rights, and access.
  • Manage voicemail and fax communications.
  • Complete required training and track daily tasks for quality review.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
