Customer Care / Call Center Rep
Pay Rate : $16.75 / hr, paid weekly
Hours : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday (occasional overtime)
Location : Onsite, Helena, MT 59602
Job Type : Temp to Perm
Summary :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone using a computerized system.
- Use standard scripts to handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns.
- Collect and assess customer information, resolve issues, and log calls.
- Provide clear updates on claims or Medicaid member status.
- Enroll or un-enroll clients and their dependents by phone or paperwork with providers.
- Advocate for Medicaid clients and providers.
- Educate clients about managed care benefits, rights, and access.
- Manage voicemail and fax communications.
- Complete required training and track daily tasks for quality review.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
