Summary :
Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Transaction Processing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of staff processing consumer information for the state of Connecticut s Husky program.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring performance meets service required level agreements.
- Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
- Monitoring staff performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
- Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
- Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
- Writing and developing policies and procedures, as necessary.
