Job Summary:

Integ is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Promotional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role involves sourcing and pricing promotional products, managing orders, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely delivery, and providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in marking up prices for profitability, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring all jobs are completed accurately and on schedule.

Integ is a leading manufacturer of Commercial Printing, Wide Format, Promotional Products, Statement Printing and Mailing Services. We are a client-driven company that handles the project needs of our clients, step-by-step from concept to execution. With five manufacturing locations throughout the Waco, Bryan, and Austin areas, we take pride in providing the best client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management & Product Sourcing:

  • Research and source promotional products based on client needs, quality standards, and budget.
  • Accurately enter and track orders from placement to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Markup product prices appropriately to maintain profitability while remaining competitive.
  • Review pricing structures and adjust margins based on vendor costs, order volume, and client agreements.
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain product details, pricing, and availability.
  • Review proofs and samples to ensure branding and quality accuracy before production.

Vendor & Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate better pricing, terms, and service levels.
  • Work closely with vendors to confirm order details, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Provide clients with pricing quotes, updates on their orders, and recommendations for promotional products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all jobs are processed efficiently and accurately.

Project & Time Management:

  • Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, pricing structures, and vendor communications.
  • Monitor and manage job timelines to ensure all projects are completed within deadlines.
  • Track inventory levels and reorder promotional materials as needed.
  • Keep job tracking systems updated and ensure smooth workflow management.

Customer Service & Sales Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding promotional product inquiries and orders.
  • Provide expert recommendations to help clients choose the best products for their campaigns.
  • Address client concerns, resolve order issues, and ensure a smooth ordering process.
  • Assist in pricing and quoting products to align with company margins and profitability goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in promotional products, customer service, pricing, or vendor management is a plus.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills for pricing and profitability management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management software.
