Application Scientist – Membrane Proteome Array (Non-Bench)
We seek a highly innovative PhD level scientist to act as the scientific liaison between the company and our customers. As the technical expert for our Membrane Proteome Array (MPA) platform, you will guide customers and partners worldwide in leveraging our technology for their antibody screening and deconvolution projects. This is an onsite position with potential for a flexible schedule after the initial training period, which will be primarily work from the office.

- Scientific partnership lead. Serve as subject matter expert, strategic consultant and scientific point of contact for the MPA platform. Guide customers through recommendations for platform use and experimental design. Ensure exceptional project outcomes through hands-on customer collaboration
- Project and customer relationship management. Own end-to-end projects from initiation through successful completion. Build strong partnerships through consistent, clear communication with customers and internal teams. Manage multiple concurrent customer relationships and timelines effectively
- Data analysis and scientific reporting. Analyze MPA datasets with Research Associates to optimize experimental outcomes and drive project success. Maintain rigorous quality standards for all customer deliverables
- External scientific engagement. Lead expert discussions with collaborators and customers. Communicate complex scientific concepts, with clarity and impact, to diverse audience. Present MPA platform at major industry conferences. Deliver technical presentations and workshops at customer sites
- Cross-functional leadership. Orchestrate information and data sharing between internal scientific and business teams to drive project success. Align MPA insights with sales goals and commercial strategies
- Market intelligence and innovation. Monitor industry innovations and identify opportunities for platform enhancement
- PhD in biological sciences or related field
- Expertise in fluorescence-based assays, particularly flow cytometry, or immunofluorescence
- Foundation in immunology/antibodies or demonstrated ability to master new scientific concepts
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple active projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
- Experience presenting at conferences, leading technical seminars or teaching
- Customer-focused mindset and strong service orientation
