Job Title: MSP Engagement Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MSP Engagement Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in our sales process by participating in sales calls, understanding customer requirements, and providing technical solutions. Additionally, the MSP Engagement Lead will be responsible for preparing and delivering all necessary paperwork to customers or prospects and participating in onboarding/kick-off calls with implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in sales calls and meetings with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present technical proposals and solutions that meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver all necessary paperwork, including proposals, quotes, and contracts, to customers or prospects in a timely manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and align with the company's capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the pre-sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Presales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role within the MSP industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network , CompTIA Security , Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar.
- Ability to travel to customer sites for in person meetings (10-20% travel time).
- Experience with ConnectWise PSA and sales tools
