Integrated Counseling and Wellness (ICW) is seeking a Psychotherapist to join the Rexburg Team. Psychotherapists with ICW work with their clients to re-connect the disparate parts of the individual, individuals to a family, and families to communities with the goal of long-term wellness of individuals and society. Using various therapeutic approaches, staff strive to create models of integrated care to best serve their clients.
ICW serves a client population consisting of adults, adolescents, children, and couples.
Responsibilities:
- Makes accurate mental health diagnoses and develops appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborates with peers on cases, treatment development, and
- Builds rapport with clients in a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Mentors peers throughout their career in the Mental Health Industry
- Completes required documentation in a timely and professional manner
- Practices accountability in their actions, professionally and ethically
- Continually improves themselves through continued education and/or specialization
Classification:
- Full Time (30 billable clients per week)
- Benefits eligible
- Flex Time (23-25 billable clients per week)
- Part Time (15-20 billable clients per week)
Education/License
- Licensed to practice as a Psychotherapist in the state of Idaho
- Will consider those with provisional licenses
- LCSW, LMFT, and LCPC preferred
