Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Provide IT support, ensuring employees have the hardware, software, and technical resources they need.
- Set up and configure new workstations, ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Maintain and secure company IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
- Implement IT security policies and training to protect company data and systems.
- Support internal users by managing access controls and ensuring endpoint security.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and assess how new technologies can benefit the company.
- Work closely with teams across the company to align IT solutions with business needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and respect.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:
- Prior experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (IP addresses, DNS, VPN, etc.).
- Experience setting up and maintaining Linux and Windows Virtual Machines.

- Familiarity with user access management and hardware provisioning.
