Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
Provide guidance, direction and ultimate management, and reviews all services for conformance to Government requirements.
The Task Order Program Manager shall act as the central point of contact with the Government for all program-wide technical issues, and will represent the Contractor at all post-award status meetings. The Program Manager shall be responsible for all issue resolution, program management, and other task order support including providing comprehensive account support for the task order. The Program Manager shall be a single point of contact for the CO and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
The Task Order Program Manager shall be available to the COR via telephone between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm (ET), Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.
The name of the Program Manager, and the name(s) of any alternate(s) who shall act for the Contractor in the absence of the Program Manager, shall be provided to the Government. During any absence of the Program Manager, only one alternate shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to work performed under this contract. Additionally, the Contractor shall not replace the Program Manager without prior approval from the CO.

Skills:
- Manage and oversee work performance of one or more task orders.
- Interface with the Government to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all task order requirements and quality standards
- Plan, manage and oversee the work efforts of team personnel
- MA or BA degree
- Task Order Program Manager shall have a minimum of 10 years of experience in program management to include knowledge of government program management, government contracting and related practices and procedures, human resources, and experience managing multiple contacts and staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be eligible for DHS Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Must reside in Washington D.C. area due periodic meetings in Washington D.C.
