Position: Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them with a friendly and
empathetic demeanor.
Assist patients with scheduling appointments, ensuring that their needs are
accommodated, and any specific instructions or concerns are properly
addressed.
Maintain the organization and flow of the reception area, ensuring it
remains clean and inviting.
Collect and update patient information accurately in our electronic health
records system, maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all
privacy regulations.
Work closely with the team to assist in patient examinations, treatments,
and therapies, ensuring a smooth process.
Process payments and assist with financial inquiries.
Receiving and making phone calls

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 10 hour shift 3 days per week Mon, Tues and Thurs., and half day on Wednesday 1:30-7pm
- No Weekends
-Some travel required for team training
