Description
Integrated Life Choices is seeking a People Operations Specialist to assist with HR functions. This role is responsible for supporting various employee HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Keep records of all First Reports for workplace injuries
· File and manage all Workers Compensation claims with TPA, updating POPs Director as needed
· Initiate and manage all employee annual background check updates as required by ILC policy
· Initiate and manage employee handbook workflows for new hires as well as annual updates
· Initiate and manage flow of all employee performance reviews within HRIS
· Launch periodic employee surveys to gauge job satisfaction
· Assist Director of People Operations with routine employee relations communication as needed
· Gather and/or review National Provider Index status as needed for all Nebraska direct support staff
· Order business cards as necessary
· Participate in file reviews for state reviews, as needed
· File documentation in the DynaFile system
· Support other People Operations team members, as needed

Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, HRMS systems, and other cloud-based technologies
· Experience in administrative support or related fields preferred
· Complete and pass all required registry and background checks
