- What schedule is the candidate required to work? Monday thru Friday (start time/end time is flexible between the following hours: 7am-330pm, 730am-4pm, 8am-430pm, or 830am to 5pm) – must be able to work one of the provided shifts. Elected shift must be worked daily (example employee choses 730-4pm shift, must work this shift Monday thru Friday for contract period).

This position will provide extensive research into historical records and building reports based on findings. The position requires use of multiple record keeping interpretation including paperwork records. Candidate would be required to have knowledge and ability to work in excel, read and interpret historical records, paper drawings and written notes.
Organizing and reporting out on data sets.
Candidate will assist with scheduling meetings and discussions, securing conference rooms and finding time in schedules through Microsoft for stakeholders to meet and make decisions based on research. Candidate will create PowerPoints based on research to communicate to larger audiences’ findings.
Skills Required:
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Must have the ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights. Compiling data from various sources and forms, utilizes computer systems and/or other related equipment to record, store and retrieve information, sorting and cross-referencing. Prepare required documentation capturing detailed requirements. Engage with business teams to gather specific requirements for selected processes. Ensures information and reports are complete and consistent with specific rules or procedures.
Excel: Must have advanced skill in excel for data manipulation, analysis and visualization. Must be able to complete VLookups, pivot tables, formulas.
Microsoft Programs: Email, Calendar, Teams and an enhanced focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
Organized, detailed and ability to handle changing project Product as data research points to pivoting directions. With direct supervision this role performs analytic duties that follow specific workflow or phases within a business process. Candidate will be encouraged to provide input on the development of procedures and detailed instructions in the performance of duties.
Ability to read prints and plans. GIS, SAP and Power plan knowledge.
Must be able to take direction and follow through on assigned tasks.
