- Minimum Associate's Degree in Bookkeeping & Administration, with relevant work experience
- Four year Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years' work experience in accounting and administrative management
- Understanding of budgeting, reporting, forecasting
- Project cost accounting
- AP AR
- Tracking of paid time off
- Business licenses
- Inventory system
- Related skills as necessary
- Relates to an organization's processes, procedures, controls and records for conduct and management of all aspects of financial transactions, events, and situations.
- Inclusive of accounting, budgetary controls, cash receipts and disbursements, payroll, credit and collections, financing, investments, risk management, tax and audit.
- Researches and compiles special reports.
- Typically provides accounting services to support ongoing activities.
- Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
- May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel.
