Responsibilities:
- Develop the annual program plan/project plan, encompassing of recruiting journey(s), participant and manager learning/development journeys, elevated moments, communication plans, etc. for incoming and active cohorts
- Establish a strong rapport with program participants and managers to build an encouraging environment and an effective program feedback loop. Includes regular touch-bases with program members, monthly meetings and development moments with participants and managers, and ad-hoc support
- Develop strong and unquestioning partnerships with key leaders (Executive Sponsors, HR partners, external professional development partners, etc.) to maintain program success and operationalize program(s) in the business
- Develop a communications plan and disseminate accessible program communications (written and verbal) to all levels of program partners to keep all parties appropriately advised, and engaged
- Manage critical metrics that are tied to DEI/Accessibility, program, and business goals, for program learning journeys, mentor program and elevated experiences
- Drive and execute “elevated moments” that create emphasis around community, learning, development and/or program participant engagement
- Create and implement an impactful “Capstone” experience to commemorate and close out program participant journey(s)
- Stand-up Mentor program, based on objectives developed through feedback from partners (program participants, managers, L&D, etc.)
- Secure and manage contracts with external service providers
- Manage annual program budget
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field accredited university, or a combination of demonstrable experience, education and training.
- 5-7 years minimum of relevant work experience including sophisticated project management, building robust project plans/workback plans (prefer human-centered projects over product-centered).
- Background in Disability Inclusion, Accessibility, HR, L&D, or managing and developing teams is strongly preferred.
- Experience building and managing project plans in project collaboration software (i.e. Smartsheet, Miro, Airtable, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Apple Keynote
- Excellence in creating accessible communications whether written or verbal
- Ability to build trust and influence with internal and external partners
