P1 Planning / Scope :
Accountable to lead PI quarterly planning sessions, ensuring Global Tech teams and Product teams come together to build the Quarterly plans and understand the work deliverables.
Partner with product teams to ensure Jira and AHA is up to date and that success criteria is clearly outlined to ensure delivery is met with quality deliverables and within timelines.
Assist cross-functional teams in developing and understanding the end-to-end deliverables, including dependencies and risks for cross-functional team delivery
Accountable for ensuring our Privacy end to end program role is clear and well documented for both internal Consumer Marketplace and External GT customers
Communicates with customer and within Consumer Marketplace on Privacy initiative related engagement scope, progress, and overall health. Serving as one of the first line of contact for information and escalation management in support of the customer engagement and expectations
Communications :
Builds and connects relationships / communications across programs and programs outside that have impact, dependencies, and cross-domain priorities
Manages key relationships with stakeholders within and outside the program
Broker relationships with stakeholders within and outside the program
Align Program goals and delivery status across stakeholders and impacted organizations
Participate / Facilitate Bi-Weekly Program Manager Meetings
Participate / Facilitate Weekly Scrum Meetings with Engineering / Product Managers and Architecture Teams
Provide Status reports for Privacy Program
Delivery :
Ensure follow up and capture of customer feedback delivered products and services meet customer requirements and standards.
Ensuring a coordinated production readiness and rollout plan for any delivered solutions.
Provide early customer demand input into Portfolio providing input into prioritization, capacity planning, tradeoffs / risks and key change.
Creates, manages, maintains and drives the cross functional high level plan for the initiative that clearly articulates the coordination of value drops, dependencies and execution within
Building awareness and understanding of products and services including key contacts and long term / strategic objectives. Enable cross domain customer user groups to drive value and adoption / value of Privacy initiatives
Holds initiative level workday bringing all contributors of all workstreams together to focus on team building, alignment of mission, vision and goals, brainstorm about priorities and how to approach delivering success within FY25
Risk / Issue Management :
Proactively engage with Privacy Program teams ensuring any risks / issues are assigned to the responsible GT / NDP team
Ensures consistent transparency on key risk and any issues so teams can plan appropriately
Escalate any risk / issue immediately to internal and external teams if there is an impacting deliverable and there is not a mitigation plan
Identify teams that have dependencies on Privacy deliverables and make the introductions for those GT tech teams to work through any dependencies, assumptions and risks
