The Line Cook will play a critical role in our culinary team, preparing delicious meals for our patients and staff. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills and knowledge to create a fine-dining approach in the hospital setting. You will be responsible for preparing foods for cafeteria customers, patients, and possible caterings, while maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of foods for cafeteria customers
- Preparation of foods for patients and possible caterings
- Maintaining high standards of quality food production and portion control, using standardized recipes
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in similar position in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
