What You’ll Be Doing
As our Event Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and executing monthly meetings and our annual conference. From securing venues and speakers to managing on-site logistics, you’ll ensure each event exceeds expectations.
Your Day-to-Day
- Event Logistics: Plan and execute monthly meetings and the annual conference, managing all logistical aspects including venue, vendors, and schedules.
- Attendee Engagement: Build relationships with attendees through effective communication and personalized interactions.
- Sponsorship Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, managing sponsorship involvement and support.
- Budget Oversight: Manage event budgets, ensuring financial efficiency while delivering exceptional experiences.
- Technology Utilization: Utilize Eventbrite, HubSpot, and Outlook to streamline event logistics, registrations, and communications.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 2 years in event planning and coordination, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities to navigate event challenges and ensure smooth execution.
