Responsibilities:
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
· Be self-motivated to work with minimal direct supervision
· Prioritize a large number of tasks by urgency and importance
· Ensure smooth operation of the ITS office and contribute to driving sustainable growth
· Contribute to the improvement of company processes
· Manage phone calls and other company correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)
· Manage and update company information databases
· Send invoices, record expenses, and manage other financial aspects of the company
· Manage inventory, receive new packages, and track product in company databases
· Respond to customer emails requesting support and provide excellent customer service
· Complete tasks in the time frame required by the task or as given by supervisors
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Skills:
· Experience in an administrative role or similar position
· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
· Ability to work respectfully and professionally with all employees and customers
· Ability to apply critical thinking and common sense understanding to solve problems
· Strong professional English, must write clearly and without grammatical errors

· Ability to work onsite and meet the position’s attendance schedule as required

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is required
