You will be responsible for project management, organizing documentation, client program coordination, onboarding new team members, and tracking client payments. Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role) Project & Operations Management Oversee project management across various company initiatives using tools like Trello. Maintain and organize documentation, ensuring seamless access to company records. Regularly update SOPs to enhance operational efficiency. Create spreadsheets and tracking systems to manage workflows and improve efficiency. Client & Team Coordination Client-facing role focused on driving company programs and ensuring client success. Manage client payment tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups. Oversee the onboarding pipeline for new team members, ensuring smooth transitions. Serve as the right-hand to the CEO, providing strategic operational support. Process Optimization & Problem Solving Independently identify inefficiencies and implement more effective processes. Handle fast turnaround times for high-priority tasks and deliverables. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities with a flexible and solutions-driven mindset. Requirements (expected proficiencies to excel in this role) This position is for a person who is : Extreme attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks. Pay is $1200 -$1500 / mos (based on experience).
