About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team at Integration International Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing, with expertise in PCBA processes (SMT, PTH, wave/reflow solder) and test systems (VXI, PXI, ICT - Teradyne/Agilent).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test strategies for electrical and electronic products used in industrial control and distribution equipment.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and qualification of test equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, operations) to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with 3-5 years in new product development.
- Expertise in PCBA processes and test systems.
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and communication protocols.
- Experience with DFM/DFT tools and electrical safety regulations.
