We have partnered with a Florida-based company, who is adding a Human Resources Generalist to their team. This is an onsite position located in Tallahassee, FL.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree
3 years of human resources experience
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Certification or willingness to obtain
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Effective computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
Experience with HR regulations and compliance laws / policies, basic Human Resource functions and principles, filing systems and basic records management processes and methods of data collection and reporting.
Excellent communication skills as the position requires working with various team members at all levels including senior management.
