Requirements:
• Availability to work on the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Systems development, testing, and/or business experience (3 years);
• Experience with testing and workload modeling across various technology platforms (web‐based, web services, .NET, apps, etc.) (6 years);
• Experience with test planning and defining SLAs (6 years);
• Experience developing and managing testing strategies (6 years);
• Experience in Quick Test Professional (QTP)/Unified Functional Testing (UFT) Automation Tool;
• Experience developing and deploying test strategies for software applications and interfaces (6 years);
• Experience with a variety of testing techniques and methodologies;
• Experience with Quality Assurance (QA) methodologies, such as test plans, test cycles, and software releases;
• Experience with QA Best Practices;
• Experience with current, industry-wide Quality and Test processes and practices, tools, and techniques;
• Experience with testing in source control (Team Foundation Server);
• Experience translating business requirements into test scenarios;
• Experience with the dataflow, data model, and data dictionary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Understand the application functionality and Non‐Functional Requirements (NFRs) along with defined Service‐Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Identify the test scenarios to validate the performance of key business functions and certify the NFRs;
• Identify the test environment, testing data, and accessing needs;
• Create performance test plans and baselines;
• Execute planned tests;
• Analyze test results and identify any discrepancies against the SLAs;
• Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with all the stakeholders.
