Job Description
Integrity Communications Solutions (Integrity) is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join the team! Integrity is a privately held, veteran owned, small business headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado and committed to excellence in communications engineering.
Successful candidates must be team-oriented, self-driven, organized and versatile as they will support a wide range of competencies such as Recruiting, HRIS data management, FMLA administration, onboarding, benefits support, workers’ compensation and terminations. Additionally, the candidate must be organized, adaptable, proactive, an excellent communicator, and an analytical thinker. The primary roles this person will be recruiting for are Engineers. This person can expect to be working in a fast-paced environment often balancing competing demands.
Responsibilities:
· On-site HR support reporting into Chief Operations Officer
· Support local recruiting and interviewing coordination
· Conducting all onboarding and off-boarding activities supporting managers and employees throughout the process
· Processing all employee status changes
· Implementing employee benefits administration
· Ensuring appropriate coordination, communication, and documentation relative to employee-related questions and requests
· Coordinating and facilitating proper document management strategies for appropriate retention of personnel records
· Developing (as needed) and understanding existing HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure the scope of work is in alignment with statutes, best practices, and industry norms
· Expediently completing and submitting verifications of employment within organizational guidelines
· Reviewing and analyzing regular and federally required HR Reports
· Assisting with other HR tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· ADP experience
· Previous experience in the aerospace industry and/or DoD is a plus
· Broad knowledge of federally mandated HR statutes with special emphasis on those applicable to government contractors
· Bachelor's degree in areas such as Human Resources or Business Administration. Associate degree acceptable with considerable experience.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in recruiting and Human Resources professional proficiencies.
· Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal employment laws
· Proficient skills in all Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
· Ability to work as a member of a team, proactively contributing whatever is needed
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Customer-centric attitude and strong interpersonal skills
· U.S. citizenship
