Integrity Construction of Arkansas is seeking a motivated and competent individual with a visionary outlook to fill a project manager position within our growing firm. An experienced project manager with commercial/multi-family construction experience is preferred. The individual filling the project manager position will be expected to work out of the corporate Little Rock office. This is a full-time position.
Computer proficiency is a must an must be well organized.
Job duties will include:
- Gather and perform full review of bid documents, solicit subcontractor and material vendor quotes.
- Prepare and transmit bid proposals.
- Create budgets and maintain cost control throughout project.
- Create scope sheets and handle all AIA documentation.
