Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator II to contribute to contract proposal estimates across multiple disciplines, including plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems. This role involves analyzing project plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for medium to large-scale projects. The position is based on-site at our Rochester, MN office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop proposals and review project drawings to determine the scope of work.
- Estimate material quantities, labor, costs, and time required for project completion.
- Analyze blueprints and project documentation to create comprehensive cost assessments.
- Prepare detailed takeoffs and ensure estimates align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine proposals and optimize project planning.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in estimating, preferably within plumbing, piping, or sheet metal systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
