Job Summary

Join our dynamic HRIS team as a Senior HRIS Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming our HR operations! In this exciting role, you'll leverage your deep expertise in Workday modules-including HCM, ATS, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Time and Attendance-to optimize and enhance our HR systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support innovative projects, and ensure our Workday system is running at peak performance to support our company's strategic goals.
Let's talk job responsibilities :
- System Configuration and Maintenance : Configure and maintain Workday modules including HCM, ATS, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Time and Attendance. Ensure system settings and configurations are optimized for performance and functionality.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements : Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and new functionalities. Coordinate with IT and Workday support to address any technical issues or enhancements.
- Technical Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, integration specifications, and procedural guides.
- Workflow Automation : Design and implement automated workflows and business processes within Workday to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the Workday system. Provide second-level support for complex problems that cannot be resolved by first-level support.
- Security Administration : Design and implement security roles and access permissions within Workday to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
- Data Management and Integrity : Perform regular data audits, validation, and cleansing to maintain high data quality and integrity across all Workday modules.
- Compliance and Security Monitoring : Ensure the Workday system complies with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitor system activities for security breaches or unauthorized access.
- Integration Management : Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems using Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, etc.). Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure seamless data flow.
- Advanced Reporting and Analytics : Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Utilize Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools.
