Job Summary
We’re seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Oracle HRIS Senior Analyst to join our team. This critical role requires a problem solver with strong critical thinking skills who can interpret business needs and leverage Oracle HCM technology to meet those needs effectively. You’ll play a key role in optimizing our HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and driving impactful changes that enhance the employee experience and operational efficiency.
This role can be based anywhere across the state of Texas (hybrid role in DFW, remote role outside of DFW).
Day-to-Day
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Day-to-Day
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle HCM.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle HCM modules to meet organizational goals, including employee self-service tools and workflows.
- Analyze and resolve system issues, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy.
- Create and deliver advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in HR technology projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Provide training and user support to ensure successful adoption of system updates.
- Maintain compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Deep experience with Oracle HCM tools like BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, HDL, HCM Extracts, and OIC integrations.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices in HR.
- Experience with Oracle Payroll preferred
