Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments using office management software.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for basic financial transactions as needed.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles. At least 1 year experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting team members.
