Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate project activities, including meetings, documentation, and communication among team members.
- Utilize Hubspot/Airtable/Stack for construction scheduling and budgeting processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate project planning and execution.
- Support project management efforts by tracking progress and identifying potential issues.
- Collaborate with construction site teams/customers to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
- Order paint and materials.
- Analyze current and/or future risks.
- Keep all material spending within margins.
- Perform excellent custmer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software for estimating purposes is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Experience with project scheduling tools and techniques is desirable.
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols is an advantage.
