Project Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take full ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently and safely loaded, transported, stored, lifted, and shipped to their Project Sites.
- Assist the Project Manager in the support and management of accounts, including Accounts Payable collections.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Proactively communicate resource needs with all stakeholders.
- Contact suppliers to determine update rhythms/communication.
- Continually verify all products – quantity, dimensions, trucking requirements, dates, etc.
- Ensure Service Providers are upholding quality service outlined in agreements.
- Ensure Service Providers (PLR Branches, carries, etc.) update & collect records with offload information.
- Setup contractors and all stakeholders in Logistics software/tracking sheets.
- Ensure proper and timely billing for all loadouts/trucking/offloads/storage.
- Ensure proper approvals for all invoices prior to scheduled loadouts.
- Verify qty./dims. /Trucking requirements /loadout dates on job order form.
- Communicate job tasks as needed to employees including but not limited to qty, dims, trucking requirements, dates, customer requests.
- Purchase and communication of all permits needed in compliance of State, County, MHA.
- Support the Project Manager with maximizing program market share, revenue, and profit.

Required Qualifications:

- Must pass a drug test and background check
Education:
HS diploma or equivalent
Administrative Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and team-oriented
- Have attention to detail and be self-motivated
- Able to plan, organize and execute daily requirements
