The Director of Sales for our Business Services division will be responsible for optimizing and overseeing all sales activities to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the B2B sales team.
This role will focus on developing and implementing operational strategies, processes, and tools that enhance sales performance and support revenue growth.
The Director will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the overall goals of the Business Services division and enhances B2B sales performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead the development and management of sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of sales operations with marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Design and implement training programs and resources to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and tools to succeed in their roles.
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of sales tools and technology, including CRM systems, to enhance productivity and support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.
- Foster strong relationships across departments to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment on sales objectives and initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant leadership experience managing teams or projects with proven success in B2B sales environments.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
