Customer Service - $17 / Hr.
This position is temporary with an opportunity to be hired full-time.
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our manufacturing client to start at $17 / hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities :
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining relationships with all existing and new customers.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company product line, including product specifications, standard operating procedures, prices, and promotions.
- Responsible for making showroom stays neat, organized, and safe.
- Read and analyze room layouts from customers and get codes of products from these layouts.
- Enter orders into the system and verify order is completed to customer’s satisfaction.
- Collect payments from customers and review customers’ accounts regularly.
- Recognize parts codes and sizes. Assist customers with returns and replacements.
- Maintain and organize customer files and records.
- Attend all training classes and networking events as needed. Assist with event preparation and implementation.
