We are a growing multi-office organization seeking highly motivated, professional, and flexible candidates to join our expanding organization in our Middleburg Heights and Warrensville Heights clinics. The ideal candidate will perform and excel in clinical, clerical, and customer service responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct urine and hair drug screening collections
- Perform breath alcohol sampling
- Provide electronic Webcheck fingerprinting services
- Assist with reception and clerical duties
- Light housekeeping tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with alcohol and drug screening protocols is a plus, but not required
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with accuracy
- Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
Individuals with a background in caregiving, retail, or customer service have historically excelled in this role.
Job Details:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

- Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Occasional reimbursed travel between offices and off-site testing locations may be required
A clear background is required, and a BCI web check background check and drug screening will be conducted on all candidates under consideration.
