Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including managing tasks with team with our CRM system. Familiarity with Acculynx, CompanyCam, ClockShark, and other construction technologies is favored.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. .
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing as needed.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls, email and bill pay.
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure all communications are clear and professional.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure office processes are being utilized and maintained.
- Keep office clean and maintained, ordering office supplies and team requests for supplies.
- Organize internal events like team-building activities, holiday parties, or staff celebrations.
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; efficiency with QuickBooks is a requirement.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
- Attention to detail, especially in proofreading documents and managing files efficiently.
- Strong communication and detailed oriented note taking skills needed
