Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects of construction and demolition activities.
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with GSK standards, local legislation, and best industry practices.
- Drive a proactive safety culture across project teams and contractors.
- Develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and training programs tailored to the project scope.
- Serve as a key liaison between GSK stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate incident investigations, root cause analyses, and follow-up on corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with GSK and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager within construction and demolition environments.
- Strong coordination and leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to safety management and compliance.
