- Develop, create, and manage comprehensive reports and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
- Utilize performance analytics to monitor and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use ServiceNow reporting tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow reports and performance analytics.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Reporting Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in creating and managing reports within the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Reporting.
- Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
