Key Objectives

Exemplify excellence as you handle lead-free, no-clean solder tasks under meticulous conditions using advanced tools such as microscopes and heat guns. Your day will involve expertly managing Through-hole and Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) components.

Role Dynamics

Work symbiotically with team members, not managing staff, and complete soldering projects under general oversight.

What You Bring

• Specialized soldering training, aligned with IPC-610 quality standards.
• Ability to instruct peers when necessary.

Experience & Education

High School diploma/GED essential. At least 2 years of soldering experience.

Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00/hour, plus differential
Benefits: Complete retirement and insurance packages.

Shift Pattern: Evening shifts during weekdays; occasional weekends.

Required Expertise: Minimum of 2 years.
Desired Credentials: IPC-610, IPC-JSTD
