The primary focus of this position is to support the Brand Voice team on 360 product campaigns, product packaging, and seasonal animations consistently projecting the brand voice through compelling copy and integrity across all channels.

The primary focus of this position is to support the Brand Voice team on 360 product campaigns, product packaging, and seasonal animations consistently projecting the brand voice through compelling copy and integrity across all channels.
Responsibility:
- Collaborate closely with 360 Marketing, Design, and Product Development to deliver compelling, witty and original copy that meets strategic objectives.
- Concept key visuals and collaborate with Art Directors on copy placements, bringing concepts and collateral to life through disruptive messaging.
- Drive engagement on Social by partnering with Social Creative to produce compelling concepts, captions, supers, and scripts for owned channels and paid media.
- Assist O O teams – Education, Digital, Retail, and Beauty Tech – on content and assets to ensure brand messaging is harmonized across all touchpoints.
- Develop and pitch creative concepts in partnership with design partners.
- Collaborate with designers on copy placements, strategic messaging, and ways to optimize copy and design.
- Proofreading and editing copy in tandem with design for product packaging and collateral.
- Minimum 5-7 years in-house or agency copywriting experience
- A master wordsmith with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional copywriting across product, retail, digital, and social
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly and confidently present to key stakeholders
