TITLE: Customer Service Representative
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for assigned stretch wrap business and accounts, either domestic or export sales. This person will work with the regional sales manager, sales representatives, manufacturing department and customers to maintain business and generate additional sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA Degree
Must demonstrate strong organizational skills
Self-starter with ability to multi-task
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Persistence with good follow-up
Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process or answer requests or inquiries from customers, sales representatives, sales managers and others. Various activities within manufacturing such as order entry, order status, shipping status, filing claim and tasks assigned by managers, etc.
Coordinate with other departments to make sure the customer request is thoroughly and accurately entered in AS 400 database system and completed timely
Consignment and min/max management, monitoring the pricing, inventory to make sure customers comply with the agreement they signed
Follow up the requests or inquiries from customers, sales reps and top managers to make sure all tasks are resolved or accomplished in a timely manner
WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION:
Office work environment in Livingston, NJ
