We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead efforts in securing Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program funding. The Program Manager will oversee the full grant application lifecycle, from initial planning to submission, ensuring compliance with BEAD guidelines while effectively managing resources and timelines.

- Develop strategies for securing broadband funding, conducting needs assessments and identifying eligible projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and community partners to develop compelling proposals.
- Ensure all applications meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Oversee budget planning and data analysis to support funding requests.
- Manage timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination for successful application submissions.
- Communicate effectively with government officials and internal stakeholders to align on program goals.
- Program Management Expertise – Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Telecommunications & Broadband Infrastructure Knowledge – Understanding of broadband deployment, funding mechanisms, and regulations.
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management – Ability to engage with government entities, community organizations, and internal teams.
- 4 years of program management experience in a large organization.
- Strong background in broadband infrastructure, telecommunications, and government funding.
