Program Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead efforts in securing Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program funding. This role requires a deep understanding of telecommunications, broadband infrastructure, and government funding processes. The Program Manager will oversee the full grant application lifecycle, from initial planning to submission, ensuring compliance with BEAD guidelines while effectively managing resources and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BEAD grant application efforts, managing up to 8 concurrent applications at a time.
• Develop strategies for securing broadband funding, conducting needs assessments and identifying eligible projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and community partners to develop compelling proposals.
• Ensure all applications meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Oversee budget planning and data analysis to support funding requests.
• Manage timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination for successful application submissions.
• Communicate effectively with government officials and internal stakeholders to align on program goals.
