Key Responsibilities
- Provide members with a personalized creative experience.
- Coordinate the entire lifecycle of customer projects, ensuring seamless execution.
- Deliver stellar customer satisfaction at all times.
- Partner with Publishing teams to enroll members in the appropriate service package.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Utilize various software systems to proactively monitor and manage customer accounts.
- Meet all performance and quality metrics.
- Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department.
- Oversee the management of operations and relationships with multiple third-party partners.
- Monitor data and APIs to identify critical changes and opportunities.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to enhance team processes and strategies.
- 3 years of experience in customer service or project coordination.
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with high-volume processes.
- Familiarity with professional communication, particularly written communication.
- Experience in transportation or fleet management is a plus but not required.
- Background in program management or product management is beneficial.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, and internal Amazon systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for offsite meetings and manufacturing location visits.
