About the Role :
We are seeking experienced Escrow Assistants to join a dynamic and fast-paced team in Sherman Oaks and Beverly Hills, CA . This role offers the opportunity to contribute to real estate transactions while working alongside a highly skilled escrow team . The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in escrow operations , a strong understanding of pre-closing, closing, and post-closing procedures , and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Closing :
- Order and verify payoffs and final utility balances , ensuring accuracy with title commitments.
- Address and resolve liens, judgments, and bankruptcy-related issues .
- Obtain and review past and present tax information to ensure accounts are current.
- Request and follow up on HOA letters, bylaws, financials, and irrigation details .
- Collect and confirm real estate agent commission details .
- Prepare essential documents such as Power of Attorney and Quit Claim Deeds .
- Ensure consistent communication with the Escrow Officer regarding file status .
- Assist with client inquiries in-person and via phone when needed.
