We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Assistant opportunity with a leading national title and settlement services provider known for its expertise in protecting real estate ownership rights and facilitating seamless transactions.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Beverly Hills, CA with a Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM schedule .

Your Specific Duties Will Include :

Prior to Closing :

  • Order payoffs and final utilities for files, ensuring title commitments match payoffs.
  • Handle liens, judgments, and bankruptcy requirements.
  • Obtain and verify past and present tax information.
  • Order and follow up on HOA letters, bylaws, financials, and irrigation details.
  • Obtain commission information for real estate agents involved in the transaction.
  • Disburse files and verify receipt and accuracy of wire transfers.

    • Closing Responsibilities :

  • Enter figures from the lender into the system.
  • Print closing documents and checks.
  • Assist with faxing figures to lenders and Realtors.

    • After Closing :

  • Clean out and prepare files for loan package shipping and recordings.
  • Follow up on any money held in escrow.
  • Prepare closed files for scanning and record retention.

    • Specific Qualifications for the Position Include :

  • 7–10 years of escrow experience required.
  • Previous experience as an Escrow Officer is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of title commitments, tax documents, and escrow disbursements.
  • Excellent customer service skills with strong communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow software.

    • Pay Rate Range : $38.00 per hour

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
