Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the Pricing team in their individual responsibilities.
- Collaborate with the executive team on key strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Ensure manufacturer price changes are accurately applied.
- Partner with the pricing team, purchasing, and manufacturer representatives to establish competitive pricing that drives business growth with both new and existing customers.
- Support Sales teams with pricing strategy and analysis.
- Conduct data analysis utilizing SQL, Business Intelligence, PriceFx, Excel, and other database tools.
- Drive profitability through regional and national pricing initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate category performance, including sales and margin metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced Skill level in Excel
- Management experience
